Merkato Pro provides marketplace catalog, ordering, account, credit, return, notification, and shopping-assistant services. Prices and availability are confirmed by the platform when an order is submitted.
Customers must keep account credentials private and provide accurate delivery information. An order is not delivered until its status is confirmed through Merkato Pro.
Credit eligibility, limits, and due dates are account-specific. Return requests are reviewed by an administrator and may require confirmation of quantity and condition.
The current app may record limited in-app activity events to improve the service. It does not upload a customer’s phone contacts or SMS messages. AI provider credentials stay on the Merkato Pro server and are not distributed in the app.
